As my poster was awarded the runner up prize at the recent BES conference in Edinburgh, I thought I would share it on here.
The poster summarises some of the work I have been undertaking during the first part of my PhD.
To summarise; I have combined the use of Bayesian occupancy models and biological records data from recording schemes and societies to assess how species occurrence has changed since 1970. I collected data and ran models for nearly 7,500 species from 20 taxonomic groups focussing on less well-studied species.
